DESCRIPTION:In our professional lives\, we often encounter difficult conver
 sations or find ourselves in situations that require the giving (and often
  receiving) of feedback. These moments can be challenging\, sometimes even
  stress inducing. However\, with specific skills and tools\, these challen
 ging interactions can become sources of growth\, learning\, and success. \
 n\nThe aim of this course is to provide participants with tools to navigat
 e challenging conversations in their professional and personal lives\, wit
 h a particular focus on how to apply those tools when giving and receiving
  feedback. \n\nWith a combination of theory and practical exercises\, part
 icipants will get an opportunity to put what they’ve learned into practi
 ce in a safe environment. \n\nCourse Contents:\n\n– Introduction to comm
 unication styles & conflict responses\n– How to use active listening to 
 identify needs & interests\n– Techniques for giving & receiving feedback
 \n– Opportunity to apply learnings in a role-play exercise
