DESCRIPTION:Digital technologies have transformed every industry. While org
 anizations continue to evolve and transform to keep up with developments i
 n digital technologies\, it is paramount to keep the humans involved in th
 is process. Digital transformation calls for not only adapting to digital 
 upgrades\, but also behavioral changes needed in this process. Cultivating
  a culture of change that fosters an environment of innovation\, adaptabil
 ity and collaboration is essential in cross functional teams that are at t
 he core of digital transformation.\nThis 3 day half week course focuses on
  three broad areas. Cultivating appropriate mindset for digital transforma
 tion\; The essential skills for effective functioning within cross-functio
 nal digital age teams\; Exploring skills such as critical thinking\, situa
 tional awareness\, decision making and problem solving vital for driving d
 igital innovation and change. This course comprises case studies and inter
 active sessions to equip participants with essential soft skills needed to
  navigate and excel during digital transformation.\n- Building your digita
 l transformation mindset: Is your mindset fixed or focused on growth?\n- T
 he 4 Cs for successful teams: Communication\, Collaboration\, Conflict res
