Digital technologies have transformed every industry. While organizations continue to evolve and transform to keep up with developments in digital technologies, it is paramount to keep the humans involved in this process. Digital transformation calls for not only adapting to digital upgrades, but also behavioral changes needed in this process. Cultivating a culture of change that fosters an environment of innovation, adaptability and collaboration is essential in cross functional teams that are at the core of digital transformation.
This 3 day half week course focuses on three broad areas. Cultivating appropriate mindset for digital transformation; The essential skills for effective functioning within cross-functional digital age teams; Exploring skills such as critical thinking, situational awareness, decision making and problem solving vital for driving digital innovation and change. This course comprises case studies and interactive sessions to equip participants with essential soft skills needed to navigate and excel during digital transformation.

– The 4 Cs for successful teams: Communication, Collaboration, Conflict resolution and Cultural intelligence.
– Leading innovation and driving change: Honing your creativity, critical thinking and problem solving for impactful solutions.
Requirements: –
Credit points (ECTS): 1, grading possible (Participation in all 3 days plus completion of an additional task).

Dr. Anuradha Prathap
Dr. Prathap handles multiple roles in the areas of teaching, entrepreneurship and research. This includes teaching assignments in the field of Psychology and interdisciplinary subjects as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland University College-Europe, Hochschule Mainz, past involvement in a technology startup, research as a former Fulbright Doctoral and Professional Research Fellow (The Fulbright Program, State University of New York, Buffalo, NY) and assignments as a Faculty member at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Research interests: Psychology, Mental Health, Social competence, Agile leadership, Gender, DEI and Pedagogy.
