The Magic of Feedback and Navigating Difficult Conversations (engl.)

In our professional lives, we often encounter difficult conversations or find ourselves in situations that require the giving (and often receiving) of feedback. These moments can be challenging, sometimes even stress inducing. However, with specific skills and tools, these challenging interactions can become sources of growth, learning, and success.

The aim of this course is to provide participants with tools to navigate challenging conversations in their professional and personal lives, with a particular focus on how to apply those tools when giving and receiving feedback.

With a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants will get an opportunity to put what they’ve learned into practice in a safe environment.

Course Contents:

– Introduction to communication styles & conflict responses
– How to use active listening to identify needs & interests
– Techniques for giving & receiving feedback
– Opportunity to apply learnings in a role-play exercise

Level 1: for beginners
