Registration
… is as simple as clicking here. You can take part in the opening event, the lectures on Career Day, the lecturers' get-together and the pub crawl without prior registration. You can only book excursions, events in the supporting programme or workshops on Career Day if you have registered for a course for which a fee is charged.
Check-in
…will be open on Tuesday, 21.02.2023 from 8.30 am. You will find it in the foyer of the F-Building. There you will find all information and conference documents. On the other days, you can check in at the organisation office (also F-Building).
CORONA pandemic (as of 17.10.2022)
The regulations valid for the event depend on the current infection situation and can be seen in good time at www.meccanica-feminale.de and in the event app.
Credit-Points (ECTS)
If your participation is to be recognised as a course credit, you must clarify this in advance with your own course director. In courses in which grading is possible and desired by you, you must discuss this with the lecturer at the beginning of the course.
Childcare
... during the event is possible on request, registration at the latest four weeks before the start of the event via meccanica@hs-furtwangen.de with age information of the child(ren). The costs are 15 € per day and child.
Open to the Public
At the following events, not only participants but all (!) interested people are welcome. Participation is free of charge and does not require registration:
- Opening event (21st February 2023, 11.45 am, E 0.02)
- Lectures on Career Day (23rd February 2023, from 11.00 am, E 0.02)
- Exhibition "Patente Frauen" (at any time, Foyer F-Building)
Online Courses
We are very happy to finally be able to meet you again on site at meccanica feminale 2023. That's why there are only two online courses (MF23-H11 and MF23-H23). But the real meccanica feminale experience can only be had on site. So come along, enjoy the food and social programme, meet other women and do networking as much as possible. We are also happy to provide you with a room where you can follow your course. Please contact us for this: meccanica@hs-furtwangen.de

* Part-time employees up to 50% part-time receive a 50% reduction on the price for employed persons.

** The Early Bird rate is valid for registration up to and including 15 December 2022, after which the regular prices apply.
Opening, workshops, lectures, excursions and social programme are free of charge when booking a course.
Accommodation for Lecturers
Lecturers and speakers will receive the necessary information from us in advance.

...must be booked on your own responsibility. Booking and payment will be on your account!

Event App
...with daily updated information, programme changes etc. will be published at the beginning of the event.
Venue
... is the Schwenningen campus of Furtwangen University. Check-in, organisation office and cafeteria are located in the F-Bau, room 0.02. You can find the details of the respective event rooms in the event app.

...must of course not be neglected! That's why you can visit the "mecccanica cafeteria" at any time during the event, where you can stock up on drinks, fruit and snacks free of charge.
