Register early and benefit from Early Bird until December 9! At the beginning of January, we unfortunately have to sort out courses that do not have enough registrations. So don't hesitate too long!

Furtwangen University has been recognised as an educational institution for measures under the Bildungszeitgesetz (BzG BW) since October 2015. The courses of meccanica feminale and informatica feminale BW are organised by the project "Netzwerk Frauen.Innovation.Technik" (Network Women.Innovation.Technology) regardless of the venue at Furtwangen University and are recognised by the Faculty of Mechanical & Medical Engineering as elective courses.

Therefore, the courses of meccanica and informatica feminale can partly be applied for as education time, this depends on further requirements, see BzG BW.

Other regulations may apply for other federal states or countries. Contact us by emailand we will be happy to help you.

Universitätsstraße 32-34

...is open on Tuesday, 18/02/2025 from 8:30 am. You will find it at Universitätsstraße 32-34, where you will find all the information you need. On the other days, you can check in at the organization office.

If your participation is to be recognized as academic credit, you must clarify this in advance with the course director of your own university/college. In courses where grading is possible and desired by you, you must discuss this with the lecturer at the start of the course.

During the event, members of our team will take photos and short videos. We use these for post-event reporting and for advertising purposes on our website, in print advertising and on social media. If you do not agree to this, please talk to us or write to Email.

... during the event is available on request. Please register by email at least four weeks before the start of the event, stating the age of the child/children. The cost is €15 per day and child.

Course and break times can be found on the website for each course. Also in the time table and in the program overview.

At the following events, not only participants but all (!) interested people are welcome. Participation is free of charge and does not require registration:

• Opening Ceremony 18/02/2025, 11:45 a.m
• Lunch Talks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (12:30 p.m)
• Exhibition "Patente Frauen"“ (foyer in front of the cafeteria, everytime)

We are really looking forward to meeting you on site again at meccanica feminale 2025. This year there will be no online courses, because the real meccanica feminale experience is only available on site. So come along, enjoy the catering and social program, get to know other women and network like crazy.

Free events during the event

All events in the supporting program are free of charge,, but you can only register if you have booked a 3-day or one-day course.

The predominant language of meccanica feminale is German. We are pleased that we can also offer you some program items in English. Should there be any problems due to the language, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Lecturers receive the necessary information directly from us in advance.

We are currently working on a Whatsapp group in which you can offer overnight accommodation, look for a ride or get together for a small vacation apartment. We assume no liability whatsoever!
