...will be open on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, from 8:30 a.m. On other days, check-in will take place in the organisation office.

If you want your participation to be recognised as a course credit, you must clarify this in advance with your own course director. In courses in which grading is possible and desired by you, you must discuss this with the lecturer at the beginning of the course.

During the event, our team will take photos and short videos. We use these for post-event reporting and for advertising purposes on our website, in print advertising and on social media. If you do not agree to this, please talk to us or write to Email.

... Do you have childcare issues? We will try to organise professional childcare for you. Please contact us by email as soon as possible, by June 29 at the latest. The cost is €15 per day per child.

Not only participants but all (!) interested parties are welcome to attend the opening event. Participation is free of charge and no registration is required.

Our exhibition (builing F, foyer) is also open to all interested parties at any time.

Free events during the event

All events in the supporting program are free of charge,but you can only register for them if you have booked a half-week or day course.

The language of meccanica feminale is German. We are pleased that we can also offer you some program items in English. Should there be any problems due to the language, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please inform us immediately in writing of the cancellation of your participation so that we can allocate the places to other interested parties, also directly on the website or at meccanica@hs-furtwangen.de. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, the participation fee will be refunded in full. If you cancel later, we will have to retain the full participation fee. Please provide your bank details when cancelling so that we can refund any fees already paid.

Lecturers receive the necessary information directly from us in advance.
