the position of a Professor (W1) in “Business & Information Systems Engineering” commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will specialize in research and teaching in the field of Business & Information Systems Engineering.

TU Dortmund University is seeking an individual with an excellent doctorate, preferably in Business and Economics, Information Systems or Computer Science. The applicant should have a record of relevant international publications and/or submissions at an advanced review stage in recognized venues, including those with peer-review, in one or more of the following, as well as related areas of Information Systems: 

• Business Engineering and Business 

• Process Management

• Data Science and Business Analytics
• Designing digital transformation in
